A quiet night tonight thanks to a public holiday tomorrow and people skipping town for an extended weekend.

Tonight we chose between drawing a human head at a5 size for scaling down to 5 x 3.5m and humans playing sport (a display of action).

After some thumbnails, I wound up the evening with a semi decent draft. The girl friend immediately made picky comments when I showed it to here when I got home, so if that keep up, she will see nothing until the bloody things are finished.

I was the last to leave tonight – this seems to be the routine. It’s not like I am the last to pack up or anything, I must be slow.

At one stage of the evening, a fellow student asked what commercial arts were. Curious given we are all doing a diploma of commercial arts!
