DP030A – Writing For Graphic Design

The Brief

Produce a presentation using examples to demonstrate the following copy writing styles:

  • factual
  • emotional
  • imaginative
  • comparative

Time Allocated: 1 week / 6 hours


Maybe it is just me, but nearly every print ad I see is a mixture of at least two of these.  Eg, one ad may begin with an emotional headline then provide a whole bunch of factual data.  A cash cow subject for the school.  Not particulalrly happy about that.

Not ahhpy about these cash cow subjects.  There is no way a 3hr class is worth $2500.
