C3010A – Produce Electronic Design (Fundamentals)
The Brief
Task 1: Using (or not) the source images, reimagine a holiday resort’s glossy brochure.
Task 2: Using an image of a person sourced from the Internet, produce a vector portrait in Illustrator. Use well thought out layer names.
Allocated Time: 7 weeks or 42 hours.
Finished Work
For this subject, I had to redraw the resort’s map location using Illustrator as well as set up master pages in Indesign. I drew some thumbnails in order to lock in the final page design. What I have provided here is the final version of the brochure.
Assessment
For the Illustrator portrait, we did not receive written notes on our assessment. I passed this section regardless.
